For airport arrivals, please provide your flight number, arrival time, guest names and final lodge destination.

For departure transfers, please provide your flight departure time, lodge name and preferred collection time.

Transfer times may vary depending on the route, road conditions, seasonal gate times, reserve access rules, traffic, wildlife sightings on internal roads and weather conditions.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that all flight details supplied are correct.

Luggage Information

Please advise the office if you are travelling with large suitcases, excess luggage, golf bags, camera equipment, prams, mobility aids or any special luggage requirements.

Luggage space depends on the vehicle used for the booked transfer. Additional luggage requirements may need to be arranged in advance.

Child and Family Transfers
